The Harbinger Big Grip lifting straps offer 5mm Neoprene pads that secure the lifting strap in the proper position while providing maximum cushioning during lifting. 11.5" strap is made from heavy duty nylon and "Dura-Grip™" rubber for added strength. When using the strap, the rubber side must always face the bar.
