Our Isoball Toning System includes a full size wall poster that illustrates a complete upper body workout routine. Utilizing graceful movements, our Isoball exercise program strengthens and tones arms and shoulders while simultaneously improving core strength.

As an alternative to regular hand grips, our Isoballs provide a comfortable fee and, at the same time, add resistance to each exercise. Designed for all fitness enthusiasts from beginner to advanced, our Isoball system includes 4 different resistance tubes and 2 pairs of Isoballs (1lb & 2lb ), providing unlimited resistance levels.

Our unique door strap, also included with the product, adds many additional exercise options. The Isoball System is compact, lightweight, and can be used at home or when traveling.
