While the leg press and weight stack guards are optional on the Galena, they are included in the price and specs given here because they are such logical additions to the basic unit and are really needed to constitute being a true home gym. One of the most innovative feature of the Galena is the Dual Function Pec Dec, the only one of its kind to offer both tradtional flys, performed by pressing the elbows against the pads, and also dumbbell-style flys, done by swinging the handles outward to the chest.
