"Short Stroke" We've designed the Short Stroke for people who want movement and blood flow as an exercise, rather than a brisk cardio workout. It's great for someone who wants to ride a mile or so each day and is looking for a cardio system that provides a very short range of motion. The total range of motion of your legs when pedaling is 7 inches. The Short Stroke uses a specially designed belt driven system that allows you to pedal forward or in reverse and experience the same resistance in either direction. The Short Stroke Mini-Bike is great for people looking to gain better balance and build strength, or for people recovering from a leg or hip injury who need an exercise system with a short range of motion. Includes one set of "Level 5" resistance cables and owner's manual.
