Powertec Olympic Narrow Bench P-ONB

We originally developed this bench for the trainer who requested a simple flat, beefy Olympic bench. Because of our standard adjustment design on some other models we were able to incorporate our extremely popular patented linkage seat system allowing the bench to now hit every available angle from decline all the way to a shoulder press position. The low to ground profile gives you a firm footing and feel when performing heavy presses. Another innovative feature to this bench was adding the short cross tube. This comes standard and allows the bench to work in either a narrow or Olympic width accommodating all bar lengths. The Leg lift and curl machine options are great additions to this powerful bench.
