The TriPower Handle is a simple combination of mind and body working together.  There are many attachments or accessories to gym equipment, but most of them including straight bars, v-bars, and rope configurations can greatly hinder performance.  It is very important to use proper form in executing any exercise.  People recovering from sports related injuries can greatly benefit from the TriPower Handle due to the range of movements only found with the TriPower handle.  Simple movements in rehab therapy can be hindered by angle movement.  The TriPower handle provides the slight difference in twist and movement which helps ease the stress when performing exercises.

This Tri-Power Handle is an ergo design with a slight knurled finish. This handle is more for lighter weight and reps, because you solely rely upon your grip on the center of the handle.
